**Job Overview**

The estimated hourly salary for this position is $14.00 to $26.00, depending on experience and location. Additionally, eligible employees may receive annual or quarterly performance incentives and premiums ranging from $0.35 to $3.00 per hour in specific circumstances.

**Job Description**

A typical day as a Merchandise Specialist may include:

  • Walking up to 5 miles while fulfilling online customer orders
  • Reviewing customer orders, locating merchandise on the salesfloor, and ensuring accurate fulfillment
  • Serving customers with a positive attitude and dispensing orders quickly and accurately in varying weather conditions
