Job Overview:
Soliant is seeking a skilled Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to provide services in a school setting. This position involves evaluating and treating students with speech, language, and communication challenges.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations of students' speech and language abilities.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to address students' communication needs.
- Provide direct therapy services to students, including speech and language therapy sessions.
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to support students' communication development.
- Maintain accurate records of therapy sessions and student progress.
- Participate in Individualized Education Program (IEP) meetings and contribute to educational plans.
Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited institution.
- Valid state licensure or eligibility for licensure in the state of Florida.
- Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) is preferred, but Clinical Fellows (CFs) are also welcome to apply.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively within a school environment.
