About the RoleWe are seeking an experienced diesel mechanic to lead our fleet maintenance team. As a Master Diesel Fleet Technician, you will be responsible for troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining our fleet of road equipment, including tractors and trailers.
Your primary duties will include:
- Troubleshooting and diagnosing issues with diesel equipment
- Performing repairs and maintenance on diesel engines and other equipment
- Ensuring compliance with federal and state regulations
- Maintaining accurate records of all repairs and maintenance
To succeed in this role, you must have:
- A minimum of 3 years of experience as a commercial diesel mechanic
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently
- Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively with others
- Ability to read and understand technical manuals
- Knowledge of EPA and OSHA regulations

Compensation and BenefitsThe estimated annual salary for this position is $72,000 - $90,000, based on experience.
We also offer a retention bonus of $10,000, paid annually.
