Job Overview

All Star Elite, a leading retail company, is seeking an experienced Key Holder to oversee store operations at our Mall of America location in MN. This role involves managing the store's daily activities, ensuring exceptional customer service, and maintaining a secure environment.

The ideal candidate will have 1 year of demonstrated consistent retail sales/customer service experience, with a focus on fashion/apparel retail. They should possess excellent communication skills, be able to work independently and as part of a team, and have open availability for peak periods, including weekends and holidays.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee daily store operations, including opening and closing procedures
  • Manage security alarm systems, ensuring they are in good working condition and properly enabled/disabled
  • Assist cashiers during peak periods, providing exceptional customer service
  • Maintain a clean and organized store environment
  • Set employee schedules, ensuring adequate coverage for all shifts
  • Fulfill customer requests and inquiries in a timely manner
Salary and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of $45,000 - $55,000 per annum, depending on experience. Our benefits package includes health insurance, paid time off, and opportunities for professional growth and development.
