We are seeking a skilled Residential Aide to join our team at Pinnacle Treatment Centers in Kentucky. As a Residential Aide, you will play a crucial role in providing quality care for patients in a residential addiction recovery environment.

Job Description

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in behavioral healthcare and be passionate about supporting individuals struggling with addiction. Key responsibilities will include ensuring patient wellbeing, providing supervision and interaction, and maintaining a safe and structured environment.

Salary Information

The estimated annual salary for this position is $40,000 - $60,000, depending on experience and qualifications. Our competitive compensation package also includes benefits such as paid time off, health insurance, and opportunities for professional growth and development.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; minimum of one year of experience in a similar position preferred.
  • General knowledge of Microsoft Office suite (including Outlook, Teams, and Word) and ability to learn new software applications quickly.
  • Valid driver's license in state of employment required; CPR/MANDT certification – training provided locally and updated as required.
