Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Field Service Technician to join our team. As a Field Service Technician, you will be responsible for traveling to various locations to provide maintenance and repair services for our customers' heavy equipment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Travel to customer sites to perform routine inspections and preventative maintenance on heavy equipment
  • Diagnose and repair equipment as needed, ensuring all work is completed to manufacturer standards
  • Train customers on proper daily and periodic machine care and operation
  • Build strong relationships with customers to ensure excellent service and support
  • Work independently and make field decisions to ensure efficient and effective service delivery

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in heavy equipment repair and maintenance
  • Strong diagnostic skills and ability to work with hand, air, and electrical tools
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to travel for extended periods, up to 2-3 weeks at a time
  • Valid driver's license and good driving record (CDL not required but a plus)
