Job Title: Registered Dialysis Nurse

We are seeking a skilled Registered Dialysis Nurse to join our team at Waterford Dialysis. As a Dialysis Nurse, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care and contributing to the success of our dialysis unit.

Responsibilities:
  • Conduct pre-dialysis patient assessments, including vital signs and vascular access evaluation
  • Maintain accountability for patient care coordination and delivery
  • Plan, organize, and implement patient care plans for patients of all ages
  • Coordinate and delegate nursing care to patient team members
  • Review physician orders and patient records prior to dialysis
  • Provide supervision and guidance to patient team members
Requirements:
  • Graduate of an accredited school of professional nursing
  • Minimum of 1 year nursing experience required
  • Demonstrated basic computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Word and Outlook
  • Prior experience providing nursing care to patients on acute dialysis
