About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Restoration Specialist to join our team at SERVPRO. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in helping customers in their greatest moments of need by repairing and restoring homes and businesses with an industry-leading level of service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare work areas for restoration activities, setting up staging areas and equipment as needed.
  • Communicate effectively with management and other technicians to maintain efficient production processes.
  • Perform restoration processes as directed, ensuring high-quality results.
  • Conduct end-of-day and end-of-job cleanup and breakdown, leaving work sites clean and orderly.

Requirements:

  • Valid driver's license.

Skills and Physical Demands:

  • Ability to lift a minimum of 50 pounds regularly, occasionally up to 100 pounds with assistance.
  • Ability to climb ladders, work at ceiling heights, and navigate tight spaces.
  • Ability to repetitively push, pull, lift, and carry objects.
  • Ability to work with and around cleaning agents.
  • Ability to successfully complete a background check, subject to applicable law.
