Job Description for Cook

We are looking for an experienced Cook to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking menu items according to our recipes and quality standards.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Set up the batter table and prepare batter mix according to recipe specifications
  • Ensure call sheets are complete, posted, and used to maintain accurate inventory levels
  • Check all equipment and immediately report any malfunctions to prevent downtime
  • Filter and clean fryers to maintain optimal cooking performance
  • Pan sufficient chicken for operational needs to meet customer demand
  • Evaluate food product to ensure it meets specifications, procedures, and quality standards before serving customers
