Job Title: Registered Respiratory Therapist

CHI Health Lakeside - CommonSpirit is seeking an experienced Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) to join their team in Omaha, Nebraska. As a key member of the NICU team, the successful candidate will be responsible for managing treatment plans to promote positive outcomes for patients with diverse diagnoses.

Job Summary:

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in respiratory care, with a minimum of one year of recent experience in NICU settings. A collaborative and patient-focused approach is essential for this role, as the therapist will work closely with the healthcare team to provide high-quality care.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement treatment plans to promote patient recovery and well-being
  • Collaborate with the healthcare team to provide comprehensive care
  • Manage patient data and documentation
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives
Requirements:
  • Current BLS (AHA Preferred)
  • Active State License
  • Supervisory Professional References
  • Must complete Drug Screen and Background Screen
