Job Summary:

Soliant is seeking a dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist to join our team. As a Speech-Language Pathologist, you will be responsible for conducting assessments, developing treatment plans, and providing SLP services to students in a supportive learning environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assessment and Treatment: Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify speech and language disorders, and develop personalized treatment plans to address these needs.
  • Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with educators, parents, and school personnel to ensure effective communication and collaboration in the delivery of SLP services.
  • IEP Development and Implementation: Develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) that align with the needs of students with speech and language disorders.
  • Professional Development: Stay up-to-date with best practices in speech-language pathology and participate in ongoing professional development to enhance skills and knowledge.

Requirements:

  • Education and Licensure: Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology and active Speech Language Pathology (SLP) License.
  • Experience: Minimum 1+ years of experience in speech therapy, with a focus on working with students with speech and language disorders.
