Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented MRI Technologist to join our team at Patterns LLC. As an MRI Technologist, you will be responsible for performing routine and special procedure imaging, preparing patients for procedures, and assisting radiologists as needed.

Key Responsibilities
  • Imaging and Patient Preparation
    • Prepare and position patients correctly for specific examinations, observing different and special requirements for each protocol.
    • Review completed scans for quality, completeness, and accuracy.
  • Assisting Radiologists
    • Assist physicians during procedures as necessary.
  • Equipment Maintenance and Quality Assurance
    • Perform quality assurance and calibrations as needed.
    • Maintain the cleanliness of all areas, equipment, and accessories.
  • Administrative Tasks
    • Perform routine office duties, such as answering phones, checking previous reports/films, and documenting information on patient requests.
    • Utilize EMR and PACS systems.
  • Communication and Education
    • Introduce themselves and educate each patient or family member regarding the examination that is ordered.
    • Notify front desk staff upon exam completion.
Requirements
  • Knowledge and skill in providing care based on age, physical, and psychosocial stature of patient populations.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience in MRI imaging and patient care.
  • Knowledge of EMR and PACS systems.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
