About the Role

Oak View Group is seeking a skilled Server to provide exceptional hospitality to guests in a fast-paced, high-volume environment. As a Server, you will be responsible for delivering ultimate guest experiences, ensuring that food items are served at the right temperature, and maintaining a clean and professional appearance.

Responsibilities
  • Maintain knowledge of the menu and special items being offered.
  • Provide quick, attentive, and friendly service to guests, communicating clearly with all customers.
  • Ensure food items are served at proper temperature and immediately upon availability from the kitchen.
  • Ensure neat presentation of all ordered items, with no spill-over.
  • Pre-bus and full buses areas when necessary during peak periods.
  • Maintain availability to work during many peak periods.
  • Stock beverage stations when necessary (ice, juices, glassware, sugar packets, etc).
  • Maintain high responsiveness to customer desires and requests.
  • Maintain a professional and clean appearance.
  • Communicate with bartenders, supervisors, and kitchen staff to improve communication and coordination.
  • Build and maintain knowledge regarding bar offerings to accurately answer patron questions.
Qualifications
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, high-volume environment is preferred.
  • Must acquire and maintain a Food Handlers Card, Alcohol Awareness Certification, and other required compliance trainings.
  • Ability to work in a team-oriented, fast-paced, event-driven environment.
  • Ability to communicate with employees, co-workers, management staff, and guests in a clear, business-like, and respectful manner.
  • All applicants must be 16 years of age or older.
