Job Description

The ideal candidate will manage day-to-day front desk operations, greeting visitors warmly, and providing administrative support to the office. This includes answering phones, scheduling appointments, handling office supplies, and maintaining a professional environment.

The successful Office Administrator will be organized, outgoing, and highly motivated, with a passion for creating a positive first impression for all visitors.

Key Responsibilities
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for visitors, ensuring they feel welcome upon arrival.
  • Manage front desk operations, including phone calls, scheduling appointments, and responding to inquiries in a timely manner.
  • Maintain a tidy and organized reception area and office.
  • Assist with administrative tasks, including managing office supplies, processing mail, filing, and data entry.
  • Learn and efficiently use office systems and software to support team needs.
  • Work closely with the office team to provide support, fostering a collaborative and positive work environment.
Requirements
  • No specific experience in homebuilding is required, but experience in office administration or front desk roles is preferred.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, interacting warmly and professionally with clients, visitors, and team members.
  • Proficiency in basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • A team-oriented attitude, collaborating effectively with others and fostering a positive work environment.
Estimated Salary

$45,000 - $55,000 per year, depending on experience.
