Manufacturing Finance Leader

Jobot is seeking a highly skilled Manufacturing Finance Leader to join our team in Latrobe. As a key member of our finance team, you will play a critical role in driving and supporting our business by managing the financial aspects of our plant operations.
Key Responsibilities- Lead all financial planning, forecasting, and budgeting processes for the plant, ensuring alignment with corporate objectives.
- Prepare and present financial reports, highlighting key trends and variances to senior management.
- Ensure compliance with GAAP, tax laws, and other regulations, and manage audit processes.
- Manage capital expenditure (CapEx), including planning, budgeting, tracking, and reporting.
- Drive process improvements and cost efficiencies, using your expertise in manufacturing and industrial operations.
- Conduct variance analysis and variance reporting to identify opportunities for improvement and drive decision-making.
- Partner with plant management to develop strategies to improve profitability and cash flow.
- Manage the plant's accounting functions, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance.
- Lead the implementation and optimization of ERP systems to improve financial operations.
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field. MBA or CPA is preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a financial leadership role in a manufacturing or industrial environment.
- Strong knowledge of GAAP, tax laws, and other regulations.
- Proven experience with financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
- Strong experience with capital expenditure (CapEx) management.
- Experience with public accounting and ERP systems.
- Demonstrated ability to drive process improvements and cost efficiencies.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to communicate complex financial information in a clear and concise manner.
- Strong leadership skills, with the ability to influence and drive change.
- Proven ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
