Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement global physical security policies, processes, and standards for data center facilities.
  • Collaborate with global and regional teams to develop and manage operational policies, processes, and standards.
  • Partner with design, delivery, and IT teams to ensure that our physical security design, security equipment, tools, systems, and enhancements meet our high standards.
  • Lead global and regional physical security vendor partner selection for data center security services.
  • Manage vendor performance to ensure compliance with operational and security standards.
  • Conduct audits and assessments to verify compliance with physical security and operational standards.

The estimated salary for this role is $140,000 per year, plus bonus eligibility. We offer a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, vision insurance, parental leave, 401k, STD/LTD, discretionary PTO, HSA/FSA, and wellness stipend.
