Key Responsibilities:

  • Delivering essential personal care services, including bathing, oral hygiene, and dressing assistance, while ensuring a clean and orderly living environment.
  • Monitoring and documenting vital signs such as temperature, pulse, and blood pressure as directed.
  • Carrying out basic procedures as an extension of nursing services, following established competencies.
  • Supporting patients in the self-administration of prescribed medications.
  • Communicating significant changes in patient conditions to the assigned nurse or case manager.

Required Qualifications:

  • State certification as a nurse aide.
  • Completion of necessary training requirements.
  • Minimum age of 18 years.
  • Current CPR certification or equivalent as required by regulations.
  • Reliable transportation along with a valid driver's license and appropriate insurance.
