As a Hospitalist NP or PA at Deaconess, you will assist with day coverage for the hospitalist group, providing high-quality patient care in a hospital setting. You will collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
Qualifications:
To be successful in this role, you will need licensure in the state of Illinois and certification by the ANCC as a Certified Nurse Practitioner or by the NCCPA as a Certified Physician Assistant. You will also require strong clinical skills and the ability to work independently, as well as excellent communication and teamwork skills. Experience in a hospitalist role is preferred, but not required.
Benefits:
Deaconess offers a competitive hourly base rate, 5 days of CME time off, a $2,000 annual CME stipend, a relocation package up to $5,000, medical & dental insurance, retirement contribution (401k), paid time off, short & long-term disability, paid CME time & professional allowance, and malpractice insurance.
