Civil Litigation Attorney Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Civil Litigation Attorney to join our dynamic legal team at GPAC. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in general civil litigation, excellent research and writing skills, and a deep understanding of the legal process.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Represent clients in civil litigation cases, providing expert counsel and guidance throughout the process.
  • Conduct thorough legal research and analysis to prepare and present cases effectively, leveraging strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Draft and review legal documents, including pleadings, motions, discovery requests, and settlement agreements, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Provide exceptional client service, building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and colleagues alike.
  • Collaborate with colleagues and legal support staff to ensure efficient case management and successful outcomes.
Requirements:
  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
  • Active bar membership in the state with 3+ years of civil litigation experience.
  • Strong understanding of civil procedure and litigation strategies, with a focus on delivering results-driven solutions.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex legal concepts to clients and colleagues.
  • Exceptional research and analytical abilities, with a keen eye for detail and a commitment to accuracy.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on collaboration and client satisfaction.
  • Strong negotiation and advocacy skills, with a proven track record of achieving successful outcomes.
  • Attention to detail and strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple cases and deadlines.
  • Client-focused approach to legal practice, with a commitment to delivering exceptional results and exceeding client expectations.
