Job Summary

We are seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our team at Asistencia Villa Rehabilitation and Care Center. As a CNA, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care and supporting our healthcare team. Responsibilities
  • Provide direct patient care, including bathing, dressing, and grooming
  • Assist with daily living activities, such as feeding and toileting
  • Monitor and report changes in patient condition to nursing staff
  • Participate in patient care conferences and contribute to the development of individualized care plans
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care delivery
Qualifications
  • CNA license and CPR certification
  • Previous experience in skilled nursing or long-term care preferred
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
