Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Teller to join our team at OnPoint Community Credit Union. As a Teller, you will be responsible for providing exceptional member service, performing various financial transactions, and maintaining a positive and welcoming atmosphere in our lobby.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional member service, including greeting members, answering questions, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Perform a variety of financial transactions, including cashing checks, depositing funds, and processing loan payments.
  • Maintain accurate records and balances, and ensure compliance with credit union policies and procedures.
  • Assist with lobby management, including directing members to available tellers and ensuring a smooth and efficient flow of transactions.
  • Stay up-to-date on credit union products and services, and educate members on new offerings and promotions.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; prior experience in a financial institution or customer service role preferred.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment and provide excellent customer service.
  • Basic math skills and ability to accurately handle cash and financial transactions.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations.
