Job Title: Concierge

Join SR COMPANIES LLC as a Concierge and enhance the SRIM experience for our residents, families, and visitors. As a key member of our team, you will promote the core value of the Golden Rule, answer phone calls with a welcoming attitude, and execute routine clerical work.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Interact with residents, families, and visitors while demonstrating empathy, kindness, and respect.
  • Answer phone calls with a welcoming attitude and respond courteously.
  • Assist with scheduling new hires and completing new hire paperwork.
  • Support the Business Office Manager as needed.
  • Receive and route incoming and outgoing mail.
  • Type correspondence as requested.
  • Respond promptly and courteously to resident requests.
  • Greet families and visitors, introduce them to the appropriate department head, and answer questions about the community.
  • Communicate effectively with residents and their families.
  • Ensure residents sign out when leaving the community.
  • Follow written and verbal instructions, practice good body mechanics, and report safety hazards.
  • Develop a positive and respectful attitude towards work, policies, and procedures.
  • Comply with attendance and call-off policies.
  • Attend trainings, in-service meetings, and mandatory meetings.
  • Wear clean and appropriate dress according to the dress code policy.
  • Refrain from discussing resident care issues with families and visitors.
  • Know and follow HIPAA regulations.
  • Assist with training new employees and take initiative in work.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Less than one year of related experience or training.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.

This is a part-time position with a shift of Thursday-Friday, 4pm- Midnight. If you are a team player with excellent communication skills and a positive attitude, we encourage you to apply.
