- Assist with maintaining patients' nutritional needs, ensuring their overall well-being.
- Provide competent patient care, adhering to established protocols and guidelines.
- Record and communicate patient information accurately and timely to the responsible RN.
- Demonstrate excellent communication skills, promoting a positive and respectful work environment.
- Support and adhere to all hospital policies, procedures, and safety protocols.
- Act professionally, reflecting the values and mission of Mitchell County Regional Health Center and Mercy Health Network.
- High school graduate or equivalent, preferred.
- Completion of a Certified Nurse Aide course and active registration on the Iowa Direct Care Worker Registry.
- BLS/CPR for Healthcare Provider Certification.
- Previous hospital experience as a nurse aide, preferred.
