Intensive Care Unit Nurse Wanted for Montana Placement

Job Responsibilities
The ideal candidate for this ICU nurse role will have experience working in critical care settings and possess strong clinical skills, particularly in areas such as ventilator management, cardiac arrest protocols, and hemodynamic monitoring. You will be responsible for assessing patients' conditions, developing and implementing individualized care plans, and collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to ensure seamless patient care. Additionally, you will be expected to maintain accurate records, communicate effectively with patients and families, and participate in quality improvement initiatives.
Requirements and Qualifications
To be successful in this ICU nurse role, you will need:
• Current BLS certification from a reputable vendor
• ACLS, PALS, or NRP certifications may be required depending on facility requirements
• 1 full year of RN experience in intensive care settings, preferably in acute care hospitals
• Diploma or Associate of Science Degree in Nursing, current, valid, and active license to practice as a Registered Nurse in the state of employment
• Ability to project a professional image, knowledge of regulatory standards and compliance requirements, and strong organizational, prioritizing, and analytical skills
• Working knowledge of computer and software applications used in job functions and ability to make independent decisions when circumstances warrant
