Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Emergency Medicine Physician to join our dynamic healthcare team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing immediate medical care to patients in an emergency setting.

Gro HR Consulting is proud to offer the following terms for employment and assignment to a full-time capacity to practice Emergency Medicine at a reputable healthcare system.

Compensation Package:

A full-time physician working a minimum full-time schedule of 1440 hours a year will have a total compensation package of $457,216.

The Employee will receive an hourly rate of $265 for their services. This rate is subject to review and may be increased at the discretion of the Employer based on performance and market trends.

The employee working a full-time shift schedule will have $52.51 per hour of benefits paid by the company.

Responsibilities
  • Conduct initial patient assessments and provide urgent medical treatment
  • Perform medical procedures such as intubation, central line placement, and wound care
  • Interpret diagnostic tests and X-rays
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care
  • Adhere to established protocols and guidelines for emergency medical care
Requirements
  • Proficiency in hospital emergency medicine practices
  • Expertise in airway management and resuscitation techniques
  • Post-residency experience in emergency medicine
  • Ability to handle pediatric emergencies effectively
  • Knowledge of public health principles and practices
  • Familiarity with medical coding and documentation standards
  • Nice-to-have skills in oncology, medical imaging, and orthopedics
