We are seeking a highly skilled and bilingual Physical Therapy Rehabilitation Specialist to join our team at Accident Centers of Texas in Round Rock. As a key member of our staff, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional patient care and support.

About the Job

The ideal candidate will have previous clinical experience in physical therapy and personal injury treatments. They should possess knowledge and training in various active modalities for treating cervical, lumbar, thoracic spine, shoulder, elbow, wrist, and hand joint, hip, knee, ankle, and foot rehabilitation. Fluency in English is required, with Spanish skills being a plus.

Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with licensed chiropractors and medical professionals to develop and implement personalized treatment plans for patients.
  • Maintain accurate records of patient progress, including attendance, responses to treatments, and any changes or improvements.
  • Monitor inventory levels of equipment and supplies, ensuring a smooth operation of therapeutic work areas.
  • Conduct thorough client assessments, evaluating their functional abilities and identifying areas for improvement.
  • Evaluate treatment plans for assigned therapeutic specialties, making recommendations for adjustments as needed.
  • Deliver fitness, leisure, and recreation skill training activities to enhance development and maintain maximum physical ability.
  • Provide clear instructions and training on treatment plans to patients and caregivers.
  • Assist in developing and monitoring new therapeutic programs, ensuring their alignment with organizational objectives.
  • Ensure timely completion of paperwork, adhering to applicable standards and procedures.
Requirements
  • Prior clinical experience in physical therapy and personal injury treatments.
  • Knowledge and training in multiple active modalities for various joint rehabilitations.
  • Bilingual skills (English and Spanish).

This full-time position requires an 8-hour shift, Monday through Friday, with occasional weekend work. The location is In-person in Round Rock, TX.
