Position Title: Mechanical Maintenance Specialist

Company Overview:
Trulite Glass & Aluminum Solutions is experiencing growth and is seeking a Mechanical Maintenance Specialist for our operations.

Compensation:
Pay range: $25 - $27 per hour
Quarterly safety bonus opportunities available.

Work Schedule:
Monday to Friday

Key Responsibilities:
- Advise management on developments impacting profitability, scheduling, costs, and departmental relations.
- Engage in mechanical and electrical repair and maintenance of electric power generation, transmission, distribution, and control equipment.
- Collaborate with contractors to troubleshoot installation issues and assist in the commissioning of new equipment.
- Review inspection and repair reports, monitoring the progress of major overhauls to assess efficiency and quality of work.
- Conduct preventative and predictive maintenance on facility machinery.
- Communicate effectively with operators across shifts.
- Resolve operational issues using expertise and propose improvements through innovative techniques and technologies.
- Maintain knowledge of safety policies and regulations to ensure a safe working environment for all.

Candidate Profile:
- Results-oriented with a strong safety mindset.
- Team player who collaborates effectively.

Qualifications:
- 4-5 years of maintenance experience in an industrial environment, preferably in the glass industry.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills, able to perform under pressure.
- Attention to detail and proficiency in using power tools.
- Bilingual in Spanish and English is preferred.
