About the Role:

We are seeking a vibrant and hardworking individual to join our dynamic team at Tailgaters. As a Mixologist/Server, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional guest experiences and exceeding expectations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide top-notch customer service and ensure a positive experience for all guests.
• Prepare and serve food and beverages in a timely and efficient manner.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to health and safety standards.
• Work effectively as part of a team to achieve sales and customer satisfaction goals.
• Develop a strong knowledge of our menu and be able to make recommendations to guests.

Requirements:

• Availability for late nights and weekends is a must.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift 25 lbs. or more.
• Reliable, punctual, friendly, and attentive with a personable demeanor.
• Passionate about delivering high-quality customer service.
• Open to constructive feedback and eager to grow.
