Job Summary

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Cardiovascular Technologist to work in our Catheterization Laboratory. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in cardiovascular technology and excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities
  • Perform cardiovascular procedures, including coronary angiograms and cardiac catheterizations
  • Operate and maintain cardiovascular equipment, including angiography machines and cardiac catheters
  • Collaborate with cardiologists and other healthcare professionals to ensure high-quality patient care
  • Develop and implement patient education programs to promote cardiovascular health
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and laboratory efficiency
Requirements
  • Current certification as a Cardiovascular Technologist (CVT) or Registered Cardiovascular Technologist (RCVT)
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a Catheterization Laboratory
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong knowledge of cardiovascular anatomy and physiology
