Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct daily inspections of equipment to ensure operational safety.
  • Efficiently operate loaders (e.g., Cat 950, Cat 952, Cat 980, John Deere 944) to load raw materials into hoppers, maintaining control and minimizing idle time.
  • Monitor site conditions and maintain high-quality feed materials while being vigilant about potential hazards.
  • Work towards producing consistent, high-quality end products under the guidance of supervisors.

Qualifications:

  • High School diploma or equivalent.
  • Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience.
  • Ability to read and understand instructions and communicate effectively.
  • Mathematical skills for basic calculations and data interpretation.
