Position Overview

As a Food Runner, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our guests enjoy a seamless dining experience. You will collaborate closely with both the kitchen and service staff to deliver meals promptly and maintain the cleanliness of the dining area.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare the dining space before guests arrive, ensuring that silverware, napkins, tableware, and condiments are set up correctly.
• Efficiently remove used utensils and replenish them as necessary.
• Clean and reset tables after guests depart to maintain a welcoming environment.
• Act as a liaison between the Front of House and Back of House teams to facilitate smooth operations.
• Adhere to health and safety regulations in all kitchen and dining spaces.
• Deliver orders from the kitchen to guest tables quickly and accurately.
• Communicate any customer feedback or requests to the restaurant staff.

• Possession of a valid food handlers card or the ability to obtain one.
• A positive attitude, punctuality, and a strong sense of teamwork are essential.
• A willingness to go above and beyond to meet the needs of our guests.
• Ability to stand for extended periods, lift up to 20 pounds, and work flexible hours, including weekdays, weekends, and holidays.
