The Mint Dispensary is seeking a skilled Cannabis Groundskeeper to join our team. As a key member of our cultivation facility, you will be responsible for maintaining the grounds and outdoor areas to ensure a clean, safe, and orderly environment. Your knowledge of landscaping practices and experience in grounds maintenance will be essential in supporting our cultivation and production teams. Key responsibilities include regular patrols of the premises to deter and detect signs of criminal activity or breaches in security, providing and implementing security protocols, responding to security incidents and emergencies, and enforcing company policies and regulations. **Key Responsibilities:**

* Patrol Duties: Regular patrols of the premises are conducted to deter and detect signs of criminal activity or breaches in security.
* Access Control: Provides and implements security and security protocols for all assigned facilities and information systems.
* Incident Response: Respond promptly to security incidents, emergencies, and alarms, and provide first aid if necessary.
* Enforcement: Enforce company policies, rules, and regulations to maintain a safe and secure environment.

**Qualifications:**

* Required: Applicant must be twenty-one (21) years of age, must consent to a criminal background check performed by the Company, and have valid Identification.
* Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
* Experience: Minimum of 1 year experience in security.
* Physical Requirements: Must be able to lift 25 pounds at a time.
