About the Role

We are seeking a high-energy, outgoing Bell Attendant to join our team at the Hanover Inn Dartmouth. As a Bell Attendant, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, providing exceptional service and ensuring a warm welcome to our hotel.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain a presence on the front drive, assisting with luggage, boxes, equipment, and valet parking guest cars
• Explain hotel services and amenities, including location, hours of operation, and banquet functions
• Escort guests to their guestroom, providing a property tour and delivering luggage and other items
• Answer questions about local areas of interest and assist with transportation needs for corporations, local attractions, airport, etc.
• Provide personalized service to create a memorable arrival and departure experience
• Assist with driving the Dart cart and/or van on trips for Dartmouth Alumni and occasional airport runs
• Maintain cleanliness of the valet/bell stand public areas as needed

Requirements

• Valid Driver's License
• Ability to operate manual transmission a plus
