Your primary responsibilities will include welcoming clients, visitors, and team members, managing mail distribution, coordinating meetings, arranging travel plans, and providing support for various operational tasks as required.
Moreover, you will have the opportunity to greet guests with a freshly brewed cup of coffee, enhancing their experience. The ideal candidate will possess prior experience in a front desk role, a love for crafting coffee beverages, and excellent communication skills, coupled with a strong work ethic, all while being part of a collaborative team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve handcrafted coffee drinks for guests and team members, creating memorable experiences.
- Ensure adherence to visitor sign-in protocols to maintain building security.
- Oversee the handling of deliveries and manage both incoming and outgoing correspondence.
- Provide a warm and welcoming atmosphere at the front desk, relaying important information and directions to employees, clients, and visitors.
- Coordinate appointments and maintain an accurate and up-to-date business calendar.
- Assist with various administrative duties, including data entry, copying, and filing.
Qualifications:
- Demonstrated strong customer service, interpersonal, organizational, and time management skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and possess basic computer skills.
- High school diploma, G.E.D., or equivalent educational background.
- Comfortable handling phone calls and managing challenging situations.
- Preferred experience of at least one year in a receptionist or administrative support role.
