Job Summary

As a Radiology Technologist with Healthcare Staffing Plus, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional patient care and contributing to the success of our team. We are seeking a skilled and dedicated professional to administer anesthesia to patients, monitor vital signs, and prepare patients for diagnostic imaging studies.

Key Responsibilities

Administer anesthesia to patients before or during procedures
Monitor patients' vital signs and report any changes to physicians or staff members
Prepare patients for procedures by explaining the process, preparing them physically, and setting up necessary equipment
Prepare and arrange equipment for procedures such as MRI scans and X-rays
Perform interventional procedures such as biopsies or therapeutic interventions to treat blood vessel blockages
Assist physicians with procedures by holding retractors, suctioning blood, and removing specimens

Requirements

BLS and ACLS certification
National Institutes of Health (NIH) certification
Certified Principal Investigator (CPI) certification
Strong knowledge of anatomy, physiology, pathology, and medical terminology
Ability to stand for extended periods
Strong technical skills
Knowledge of medical terminology
Passionate about patient care
Minimum of two years of current Radiology Tech experience
Graduate from a fully accredited Radiology Tech program
Active unencumbered Radiology Tech California state license
One year of Epic experience
COVID vaccine with 2 Shots & Booster
