**Key Responsibilities:**

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Clinical Research Nurse to join our team at Quartz. This is a full-time position that may be based remotely or from one of our offices in Madison, WI or Onalaska, WI.

In this role, you will conduct technology assessments and research to develop, maintain, revise, and implement national evidence-based criteria and internally derived medical policies. You will also ensure that our medical management team is adequately prepared to use established medical criteria for prior authorization of quality medical benefit services in a consistent, timely, and fair manner.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in nursing and experience in utilization management, clinical research, and policy development. A bachelor's degree in Nursing or a related field, along with 3+ years of RN utilization management experience, is required.

This is an excellent opportunity to work on complex medical policies and guidelines while contributing to the success of our team. You will receive competitive pay, ranging from $71,000 to $88,800 annually, plus a robust total reward package.
