Job Title: Phlebotomist Patient Services Representative

We are seeking a skilled Phlebotomist Patient Services Representative to join our team. As a representative of our company, you will be the face of our organization, interacting with patients and providing exceptional customer service.

Job Responsibilities:
  • Collect blood samples from patients in a safe and accurate manner.
  • Prepare specimens for lab testing while following established procedures.
  • Interact with patients, creating an atmosphere of trust and confidence.
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation.
  • Demonstrate organizational commitment and promote a positive image.
Requirements:
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Excellent phlebotomy skills, including pediatric and geriatric.
  • Flexible availability, including weekends, holidays, and overtime.
  • Reliable transportation, valid driver's license, and clean driving record.
  • Ability to make decisions based on established procedures and exercise good judgment.
Additional Requirements:
  • Credentialling, including immunization status, TB test, and flu vaccine.
  • Release of personal information for badge access.
