We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Housekeeping Dispatcher. As a key member of our hospitality team, you will be responsible for coordinating the efforts of our housekeeping staff to ensure a seamless experience for our guests.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate housekeeping teams to ensure efficient and effective service delivery
  • Respond to guest inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Delegate tasks to team members and ensure equitable distribution of workload
  • Maintain accurate records of lost and found items and ensure their secure storage
  • Process daily documentation and maintain a sense of urgency to ensure timely completion of tasks
  • Assist with inventory management and maintenance of housekeeping supplies
  • Provide exceptional customer service and maintain a positive attitude in a fast-paced environment

Requirements:

  • Basic computer skills and ability to learn new software
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to work in a team environment and maintain a positive attitude
  • Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and holidays
