Job Summary:

We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Hearing Solutions Specialist to join our team at Lucid Hearing. As a leading innovator in the field of assistive listening and hearing solutions, we are committed to helping people hear better.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Share our passion for giving the gift of hearing by locating individuals who need hearing assistance.
  • Direct members to our hearing aid center inside the store.
  • Interact with patients to set them up for hearing tests and hearing aid purchases.
  • Secure a minimum of 4 immediate or scheduled full hearing tests daily for the hearing aid specialist or audiologist.
  • Make 30-50 outbound calls daily to promote Lucid Hearing products.
  • Educate members on all products, including non-hearing aid and hearing aid solutions.
  • Assist providers when necessary, calling past tested members and medical referrals to schedule returns.

Requirements:

  • Full-time or flexible hours and availability.
  • $18-$19 per hour.
