About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Electronics Assembly Specialist to join our team at NovaWorks Solutions. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for building and wiring low-voltage switchgear, manufacturing and installing copper bars for switchgear, assembling and installing power electronics components, and carrying out assembly, maintenance, and repair orders.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and assemble complex electronic systems
  • Install and test power electronics components
  • Perform routine maintenance and repair tasks
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project success
Requirements
  • Completed apprenticeship as a mechatronics or electronics technician specializing in automation technology
  • Several years of practical experience in switchgear construction
  • Strong teamwork, cooperation, and communication skills
  • Organized, reliable, highly motivated, responsible, and able to work independently
  • Flexible and willing to occasionally travel for service assignments
