Travel Healthcare Professional for Intermediate Care Unit

Ardor Health Solutions is a reputable staffing company that specializes in providing healthcare professionals with exceptional travel opportunities. We are currently seeking a qualified Travel Healthcare Professional to join our team as an Intermediate Care Unit (ICU) nurse.
Job Summary: As a Travel Healthcare Professional, you will have the opportunity to work in a dynamic and challenging environment, caring for patients with complex medical needs. Our ICU unit is a fast-paced setting that requires strong critical thinking skills, excellent communication, and a passion for delivering high-quality patient care.
Responsibilities:
- Care for critically ill patients in a 12-hour shift format
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized patient care plans
- Monitor patients' vital signs and adjust treatment plans accordingly
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient interactions and treatments
Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience in an ICU setting
- Valid nursing license in the state where you will be working
- Ability to pass a background check and obtain any necessary certifications or clearances

Compensation and Benefits:
We estimate the salary for this position to be around $95,000 per year, based on a 36-hour workweek and 12-hour shifts. Additionally, you can expect to receive a tax-free stipend amounting to approximately $20,000 per year. Other benefits include:
- Major medical insurance with a $500 deductible
- Dental and vision coverage with a $50 copay for exams
- Life insurance with a $100,000 death benefit
- Licensure and certification reimbursement up to $1,000 per year
