Job Description

The AR Credit Collections Specialist will play a crucial role in managing our aging portfolio, ensuring timely collections and maintaining desired aging requirements. Key responsibilities include:

  • Handling cash applications, ACH payments, and credit card payments
  • Processing credit applications to determine viability of extending payment terms and recommending credit limits
  • Developing relationships with internal and external customers to support and facilitate company growth
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Finance, Sports, or Business Administration background and/or relevant experience
  • Strong Microsoft Excel and Word skills
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to adapt and problem-solve in a fast-paced environment
