As a leading engineering firm, KPFF offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience on real projects, working alongside engaged team members and contributing to challenging public sector projects within the Puget Sound Region.
In this internship program, you will be part of a dynamic team delivering design projects largely in the public realm, including roadways, mass transit, habitat restoration, trails, bridges, stormwater, and utilities. Our goal is to provide a valuable learning experience that prepares you for a successful career in civil engineering.
Key responsibilities will include working on real projects, developing solutions, and acquiring skills necessary to thrive in a rapidly changing world. Each internship is unique and rewarding, offering a chance to grow professionally and personally.
The ideal candidate will have a current enrollment in a BSCE program, completion of the junior year by the start of 2025 summer internship, basic knowledge of engineering fundamentals, effective written and verbal communication, ability to work effectively in a team environment, and strong technical and organizational abilities.
We offer an hourly rate of $25 for this position and are proud to support young engineers beginning their professional careers.
