Staffworks CNY is seeking a reliable Plastic Molder to join their award-winning team in the Central New York area. The estimated salary for this position is $15.00 per hour.

The successful candidate will work Monday through Friday, from 7 a.m. to 3:30 p.m., operating hoist, hand tools, Canon and Hytech machines, and R.I.M. presses to mold parts according to customer specifications. Key responsibilities include using scales, vacuum chamber, and autoclave to produce high-quality parts, removing flash and gates or conducting changeovers, and coordinating first piece approval with quality inspection.

This role requires a High School diploma equivalent, with six months or more of plastic injection molding machine operation experience preferred. Strong attention to detail, conceptual skills, process improvement, verbal communication, functional and technical skills, coordination, and judgment are essential for success in this position. Physical demands include walking, remaining on feet for extended periods, reaching, stooping, kneeling, and lifting up to 35 pounds as needed.
