Job Summary

We're seeking a Technical Product Owner to lead the development of our digital infrastructure. As a key member of our Enterprise Technology team, you'll work closely with cross-functional teams to drive product development and ensure that our technology aligns with our strategic vision.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Advocacy: Represent the customer throughout the development process, advocating for their needs and ensuring their voice is heard.
  • Requirements Gathering and Refinement: Collaborate with customers and stakeholders to gather, refine, and document detailed product requirements.
  • Agile Leadership and Sprint Planning: Lead sprint planning sessions, set sprint goals, and ensure the development team is aligned with the scope and priorities.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with customers, software developers, UX designers, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth and efficient product development and delivery.
  • Backlog Management: Own and maintain the product backlog, ensuring it reflects the product vision, strategic priorities, and customer feedback.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Experience: 4+ years of experience as a Product Owner, preferably in a technical environment with complex software products.
  • Agile/Scrum Expertise: Strong understanding and hands-on experience with Lean, Agile, and Scrum methodologies.
  • Technical Acumen: Solid experience working with software engineering teams.
  • Analytical Skills: Exceptional analytical and quantitative skills.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Leadership: Demonstrated ability to influence cross-functional teams without direct authority.
  • Problem-Solving: Strong problem-solving skills.
  • Customer-Centric: Strong customer empathy.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with Aerospace software development processes and frameworks.
  • Experience with manufacturing/supply chain systems.
