Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Cook to join our team at Corona Post Acute. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for preparing high-quality meals that meet the dietary needs of our residents.

Responsibilities
  • Prepare and cook meals in accordance with planned menus, standardized recipes, and therapeutic diets.
  • Ensure that all food is prepared and presented in a safe and sanitary manner.
  • Work collaboratively with the dietary services team to ensure seamless meal service.
  • Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment, adhering to all health and safety regulations.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to residents, responding to their dietary needs and preferences.
Requirements
  • 1-2 years of experience in a dietary or culinary role, preferably in a healthcare setting.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Completion of Food Safety/Sanitation course required.
