Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver High-Quality Patient Care: Empower patients to reach their previous level of functioning or progress to the next level of care through evidence-based treatment plans.
  • Establish Timely Treatment Plans: Develop and implement individualized treatment plans that address each patient's unique needs and goals.
  • Collaborate with Interdisciplinary Teams: Work effectively with physicians, case managers, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care coordination and optimal patient outcomes.
  • Build Strong Relationships: Foster positive relationships with patients, families, and healthcare teams to promote a supportive and inclusive care environment.
Requirements
  • Education: Graduate of an AOTA-approved occupational therapy program.
  • Licensure: State licensure as an Occupational Therapist.
  • Certification: Registered with NBCOT and Basic Life Support Certification from the American Heart Association.
