Job Description:
Cardiovascular Care Specialist
As a Cardiovascular Care Specialist at Banner Health, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care in a fast-paced environment. You will work closely with a multidisciplinary team to deliver comprehensive care to patients with cardiovascular conditions, including heart failure, arrhythmias, and cardiac arrest. Your primary duties will include assessing patient needs, developing individualized care plans, and implementing evidence-based interventions to improve patient outcomes.

You will also be responsible for educating patients and families about cardiovascular health, medication management, and lifestyle modifications to promote overall well-being. Additionally, you will participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance the delivery of cardiovascular care and contribute to the development of policies and procedures that support best practices.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
* Bachelor's degree in nursing or related field
* Current licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN) in Arizona
* Minimum 2 years of experience in cardiovascular care
* Strong clinical skills and knowledge of cardiovascular diseases and treatments
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
