Responsibilities:- Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate the care needs of patients on the Med Surg/Tele Unit.
- Provide professional nursing care to patients, including administering medications, performing procedures, and documenting patient information.
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized care plans for patients.
- Participate in performance improvement initiatives and contribute to the development of new policies and procedures.
- Massachusetts RN licensure.
- 12 months - less than 3 years of RN experience.
- Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
- Current Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS) certification.
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN).
