Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Quality Assurance Analyst II to join our team at Omni Inclusive. As a Quality Assurance Analyst II, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality of our wireless network and testing protocols.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive testing plans to ensure the quality of our wireless network and testing protocols.
  • Identify and report defects and issues in a timely manner.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve defects and improve testing processes.
  • Develop and maintain testing documentation and procedures.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and technologies to ensure our testing processes are current and effective.

Requirements:

  • Good understanding of sanity, regression, and functional testing concepts.
  • Knowledge of existing wireless communication protocols, including 802.11a/b/g/n/ac/ax and 802.11ad.
  • Knowledge of networking, modem, and WiFi router configuration.
  • Strong understanding of wireless LAN security, PPPoE, MIMO, QOS prioritization, and wireless/wired network troubleshooting.
  • Good knowledge and experience with TCP/IP, Cisco IOS, LAN/WAN/WLAN, Ethernet switching, and routing protocols.
  • Knowledge of Internet of Things (IoT) architecture and common IoT technologies.
  • Knowledge of IP addressing, subnetting, VLSM, DNS, DHCP, and ARP, reverse and proxy ARP, and ping concepts.
  • Knowledge of voice, data, and video technologies.
  • Strong understanding of software development life cycle and various processes.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Understanding of 3GPP systems, including core and RAN networks.
  • Knowledge of network virtualization and cloud technologies, such as AWS and Azure.
